With over 1,000+ existing windows, Aeroseal’s design and engineering team was able to value engineer the project, reducing the new window count to just 325.  We also replaced 71 aluminum sliding glass doors, and composite architectural panels. All products were installed according to EPA guidelines for lead-safe practices, ensuring the safety of occupants and compliance with environmental regulations. The property owner’s large-scale renovation effort aimed to improve the energy efficiency, aesthetics, and functionality of this mid-rise apartment complex.
