Originally established as a textile mill in 1808, the Oella Mill was recently preserved for adaptive reuse, including residential and commercial. Aeroseal installed custom aluminum windows and paning to match the original mill sightlines and operation. Today, the Oella Mill stands as a testament to Ellicott City’s industrial heritage and serves as a vibrant community with a blend of historic charm and modern amenities.
